We around 6 stayed there on 14/15-2-26.The manager was gentle. Reception staff were polite. Kitchen staff supported well. Rooms very clean. We expected resort type but rooms are hotel type. Basically south indian, we expected idly, dosa, lunch, sambar, rasam, poriyal etc.,but could not get. Management can take measures to provide next time. For dinner we got roti, parota etc., most of them are preserved items but side dishes were tasty. Around the inn moving space is small.

We had an absolutely excellent 2-day stay at this resort in Munnar. From the initial booking inquiry to the final checkout, everything was seamless. We stayed in a suite room which was impeccably clean and featured a large balcony with a beautiful, relaxing view. A special shoutout to the manager, Mr. Vinod, whose support was outstanding. I accidentally locked my car keys inside the vehicle, and he immediately made arrangements to get them out, saving our trip from a major headache! The food was top-notch, especially the complimentary breakfast included in our package. They even prepared food for our one year old kid, which was really helpful. Govind (I believe that was his name) assisted us throughout our stay; he was incredibly helpful, all the staffs were friendly and supportive. We also thoroughly enjoyed the campfire and barbequedefinitely dont miss out on those if you're staying here! Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant stay at Areva Inn Resort. The ambiance is calm and relaxing, making it a good place to unwind. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and supportive throughout the stay. The resort atmosphere is peaceful, and its suitable for family stays as well as short getaways. Food was good, and the service was satisfactory. Overall, a nice experience and worth visiting if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Ive visited Hotel Areva Inn twice with my family, and both experiences have been truly delightful. The hotels scenic surroundings make it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, adding a lot to our stay. The food was excellentfresh, flavorful, and with enough variety to keep everyone happy. Another highlight was the housekeeping team- Specially Rohit and Deepu were welcoming ,warm and always wearing a smile, who were always just a call away and quick to respond to any request. A special mention to Manager Vinod, who was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, Hotel Areva Inn is a place Id happily return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable family vacation.

We booked this stay to celebrate our daughters first birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Before booking, I clearly confirmed with the manager, Mr. Vinoth, about arranging a private space for cake cutting and minimal decoration, considering it was our daughters first birthday. He assured us that the space, decoration, and even cake options/images would be arranged. However, after payment was made, there was no response at allno cake contacts, no images, no follow-up. After check-in, we were told that cake cutting could only be done in the restaurant after 10 AM, that too in a common space, which was never mentioned earlier. What made this worse was that we personally saw another guests cake-cutting arranged near the swimming pool, raising serious concerns about unequal treatment. Because of the lack of support and misleading commitments, we were forced to cut the cake inside our room, which completely ruined our daughters first birthday. This is a memory we can never get back. It makes us wonder if guests who book through MakeMyTrip or at offer prices are treated differently. My sincere feedback to management: please dont make promises you cannot keep. Be honest with guests so families dont suffer like we did. This experience was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. We regret choosing this property and will not visit again.
