I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff made the experience truly memorable with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to the reception Bulbul and uzzam- who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the genuine care and kindness shown by the people working here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I look forward to coming back again.

Recently I visited to hotel citrus with my family in bhopal based on good reviews from online but its was all fake, the hotel which they are showing on site is totally fake dont go with those fake reviews. totally worst hotel I experience ever had no luggage handling while check in, no assistance just handover the keys. Rooms were stinky all linen quality is was low and overused, expired it seems like it was not changed same issue explain to front office but no response. I asked for bath mat to reception but they said we have only hand towel you can use towel . staff are also arrogant and lack of training, professionalism. No happy faces we saw in between the stay. I stayed here for 2 nights food was little good but service was too slow. It seems like that there is no higher position like any manager or else whoever looking this property have really care about hospitality and how it is run. I will never recommend this hotel to any one in my circle .
