I really don't suggest this place. Very poor hospitality. Not up to the penny. They have started this place by 2021 but they failed to maintain. Place is not clean. Play area is not maintained. No towels, tissues placed in the room. Coming to food very common and few menu for the breakfast is being served as complimentary.If you ask something from live counter the kitchen manager says one other reason for not providing it.Simply waste no comments. Better change the food supervisor. Only reception manager was helpful in providing necessary things. Outer ambience is good. Food taste and hospitality really needs to be improved. Totally disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cliff View Resort, Yercaud with family during the New Year Eve celebrations, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The management team went above and beyond to make the evening special, with a Gala party that was truly electric. The dance program was fantastic, and the energy was infectious. I also loved the funny games that were arranged, which added a lot of laughter and joy to the celebration. The way the management had planned and executed the entire event was impressive. The hospitality and service at Cliff View Resort, Yercaud were top-notch, and I felt like I was part of a big family. I would highly recommend Cliff View Resort to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, especially during special occasions like New Year's Eve. Kudos to the entire team for making it a memorable night! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Spl thanks to Mr.Hussain, Manager and Team for making wonderful arrangements during the new year eve.

Room is good and the location is amazing. But the service is not upto the level. Stayed for a company event. In my room, the kettle is not available and the landline phone which was provided in that room is not working. I went to the reception and asked for the kettle. The reception fellas fighting with each other and one tried to helped. But finally he told, they dont have extra kettle. Paying an big amount for the pleasant stay and got disaapointed by the petty issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Cliff View Resort in Yercaud. The cliffside view is absolutely stunning and the location itself feels magical. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, the food tasted great, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. The whole place has a peaceful vibe thats perfect for both families and couples. Totally worth it, I would definitely recommend!

Best in class hotel with a top notch service! Rooms were 9/10 (you would love the view and the balcony view was amazing, you could hear some waterfall nearby - not sure from where I heard the waterfall though - one thing is to close the balcony door to prevent monkeys from entering) Service - 10/10 (I had a 1 year baby and unfortunately he had a bad fever by the time we went, the food service, restaurant service were excellent! They helped us with whatever request we had. Be it milk for baby, be it food for us/baby, be it any hot water issue, etc, excellent response from the team - keep it up! Resort - 9/10 - with camp fire, play area for kids and places to walk around the resort. Worth the price. Feels like a 4 star. Simply go for it!
