We visited kochi for biennial and the stay was nearby. Great thing about the place is the outdoor sitting area which was very spacious. Rooms were clean and good. Host was welcoming, friendly informative and very helpful in navigating the local areas.

The location is central to everything, it is off the road and quiet, no honking etc. The room was clean, and I had a nice hot shower. The room also had a table with chair so that I could work on my computer. Thomas is a very kind, patient, and accommodating host. Thank you very much.

Lovely Homestay in a great location on Fort Kochi. The rooms are clean and mattresses super comfortable. We had AC which worked efficiently and quietly. Theres a communal sitting dining area with a fridge, kettle and basic cooking facilities and comfortable seating as well as a pleasant garden. We had a lot of fun meeting and chatting with other guests. Thomas the owner is an absolute gentleman and nothing was too much trouble. Id highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at Fort Garden Residency was good. The host was very welcoming and guided us on places we can visit in and around Fort Kochi. The furnishings and interiors of the place although very well maintained, are kind of old. Room was very basic and small things like sheets, towels, bed seemed very old and heavily used over a period of time. Though it is cost effective and you get what you pay for, but I wouldnt mind paying a little extra for staying a somewhat modern property with better amenities.
