We had great time here. It was just wonderful. Everything starting from hospital, services , people was just wonderful. A special mention to one of your people named Shahadab he was very humble and helpful to us. Too many things to mention but everything was great. Had too much fun here. And the food was also too good .Thank you so much for providing such a great time.

We stayed Grasmere resort for one night. The room 504 was good views of tea garden. Swimming pool, carrom, library, playing card etc. Amenities. The resort is far from vagamon city in remote place. There's no nearby restaurant so no choice to eat in hotel only. Staff and service was ok. No intercom in room to call front desk. The buffet breakfast opens at 8am where's most of hotel opens at 7.30 am. They bring at 8.15 am. Breakfast was basic and not wow. Vagamon has not much to see & you can skip this. Hotel advantage is in tea garden valley view.

Great and serene location. fantastic drive to the property. Rooms need a little more maintenance. Property manager Bibin and HK supervisor Jitin are quite helpful and takes care of your needs. Staff is courteous and service oriented though communication is a bit of concern. Food is good. Overall a good place to stay

l like all the services provided they are very reliable and are priced reasonably Extracurricular activities such as trampoline,swimming pool,swings, library, and indoor games are provided along with breakfast (no payment) Bathtub is provided in every room and it was a new experience for us. Dinner/Lunch can be delivered to your room or you can go eat at the buffet/dinning hall food,drinks,deserts are available moreover everything is neat and the service is amazing this place is the most hygienic resort I have ever seen in my life and the best too.

My stay at Grassmere Resort,Vagamon, was truly memorable. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the hills. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and attentive.
