We booked this resort for two nights and three days (30th & 31st) with the expectation of a peaceful stay and authentic Kerala-style cuisine, having travelled all the way from Bengaluru to Kerala for relaxation. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely distressing. After consuming food at the resort, my wife became seriously unwell with continuous loose motions and vomiting throughout the night. I too suffered from severe acidity. We strongly believe this was due to the chicken served during lunch. At dinner, I returned all the food and had only paratha. What added to our disappointment was that, despite being in Kerala, the restaurant team appeared to be from the North-East, and the food served did not reflect Kerala-style preparation. More importantly, even after clearly explaining our medical situation, the team failed to provide proper soft and easily digestible food, which is a basic expectation in such circumstances. Due to her worsening condition and a sleepless night, we were forced to cancel the remaining stay and rush to Mysuru for immediate medical attention. We had opted for the full meal plan based on the resorts recommendation, but poor food quality, lack of adaptability, and inadequate response to a guest health issue completely ruined the purpose of our visit. While the property and surroundings are scenic, food hygiene, guest care, and culinary authenticity require serious improvement. A holiday should offer comfort and carenot health issues and emergency travel. We hope the management treats this feedback seriously to ensure better safety and responsiveness for future guests.

Booking KVR was one of my best decisions to stay. Staff: Mr. Ashish and Mr Anirudhha both manage the resort very passionately. They are friendly towards customers. Willing to help. Make sure all arrangements for guests are going as scheduled. House keeping & restaurant staff are polite & respectful towards guests. Food: Food is very awesome accustomed to every taste palate. No bar available. Resort: Well planned, has utilised maximum lake view. Rooms are excellently pllaned to provide more privacy and comfort to guests with breathtaking lake view. The periphery of resort is lush green with different types of trees and flower plants. Amenities: Clean Swimming pool , badminton court, Basket ball, carrom , children's playing area are well maintained. ( During season time may affect individual expierience )

We stayed in Lake View Deluxe AC Room with balcony. The room is cozy, clean and well set with all standard amenities. The view of Karapuzha Lake from the balcony is breathtaking... The resort premises are well maintained and secured, with beautiful landscaping, and has a clean swimming pool, recreation room, small volleyball & basketball courts, children's play area, neat walkways, etc. Their restaurant is nicely set, and serves a variety of clean and tasty veg & non veg dishes. We really enjoyed the food. Another important thing to mention is their staff. We are extremely delighted with the behaviour and support of all the staff at the resort. A special mention to the restaurant staff. They're amazing. We also met the resort owner Mr. Das. Karapuzha Dam is at walking distance. You can visit Edakkal Caves, Glass Bridge, etc. There's a small gravelled road by the side of the lake, in front of the resort. We felt it so refreshing to walk in the morning mist, embraced by nature, clean air and chirping of birds. Cabs and Autos are always available at call.

A Stay overlooking Karapuzha Lake , is the best of its kind. We have 3 days of stay at Karapuzha Village resort on our January Vacation. The Independent Cottage rooms are very pleasant to stay, with separate Drawing cum dining and Bedroom, with charming Lake view. The property is spreaded over big area, far away from noise, with lots of activity to do like game room, Badminton n basketball Court. The Staffs are very prompt and friendly. The Food served of very tasty and good in taste. For the people looking for Wayanad quality stay, this property is highly recommended

We had an excellent experience at Karapuza Village Resort. The resort offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and traditional village charm. The surroundings are peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, giving a truly authentic village feel without compromising on comfort. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.
