We enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in January. Service was excellent. Everyone from General Manger, Agnelo, was friendly, helpful and efficient. I know they're meant to be, yet they made it all personal and seem genuine. Our room was spacious and clean, serviced every day. Any minor issue was resolved within a few minutes. The food is very good, the buffet breakfast catering for all tastes and room service available if required. Location: 3-5 minute walk to the beach with a selection of beach shacks to choose from. Nearest town, Betalbatim, is a nice 20-25 minute walk or 5 minute taxi, whist the larger towns of Colva and Majorda can be reached via a brisk 25 minute walk on the beach or 10 minute taxi, Margoa is a 20 minute taxi. Facilitues: pool (poolside was mostly quiet), pool bar, towels for poolside or beach use, laundry service, games and kids play area. Great for winter sun, we may make it a regular trip. Having visited Colva and Majorda, we preferred this.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, and in good condition. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast and food were impeccable and scrumptious. A special mention to the staff at breakfast who were ever smiling, helpful, and very efficient. We were looked after very well.All together, the service was top-notch. I would love to recommend it to friends and family, and would also love to be back soon.

Our stay at Nanu Beach Resort in Betalbatim was an overall wonderful experience, defined by its serene location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of South Goa. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and we were pleased to find the rooms impeccably clean upon arrival. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the superb hospitality; the staff is incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring that we felt well-taken care of throughout our entire visit. While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, there are a few minor areas where the resort could modernize to truly reflect its 4-star status. We suggest providing hair dryers by default in every room and transitioning to eco-friendly dispensers for handwash and shampoo instead of using small plastic bottles and soap bars. Additionally, our room lacked a doorbell, and the lighting could be improved at night to make the space feel more vibrant, as the interiors currently feel a little dated. Upgrading to Smart TVs with OTT access would also be a great touch for evening entertainment. Despite these small suggestions, the quality of service and the beautiful setting made for a highly positive stay.

My overall experience during my two day stay in the resort was wonderful and the staff is really helpful. Rooms are very clean and there is cleaning been done everyday. Betalbatim beach is walking distance from the resort and is very peaceful at night. There is an inhouse restaurant in the resort where the food is amazing and they look after your preferences so sweetly. I am short of words in describing my experience in the resort. Check in and checkout is really feasible and there is no inconvenience caused during our stay.

It's a beautiful beach property with lovely coconut trees and greenery in the premises. Food is absolutely delicious. Rooms are spotless clean and spacious. Great quick room service on call. Beach is 1 min walk away, with shacks around on the beach. Property also has swimming pool, spa and play indoor as well as outdoor games like archery, cycling.
