Amazing location. Amazing host. Amazing service and Gojen is very helpful in all ways. He makes sure your stay is perfect. It is best location right at the boating point so boating and all activities can be done from the cottage itself. BBQ and bonfire facility is also there at additional cost.

I stayed here for two days on December end 2025. We were a group of 7 familes with few kids. It was a pleasant experience for us. Munnar was immensely crowded during the week and since the location of this resort is very close to the Mattupetty Dam, we were able to take boating without getting into traffic. There is also an adventure park near to the resort where the kids played. I also had a personal request to celebrate my daughters Birthday at the premises, and they arranged it very well despite the difficulties due to road blocks. The food was also very good and all my friends liked it as well. I will recommend anyone to chose this resort if you plan for a munnar trip, especially with kids.

The only reason we booked the room here was the view from the stay. Good parking space, restaurant food, services, over all it was a good experience.

I recently stayed at Ottway hills Cottage 2, F4, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Room Readiness:-Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Electricity Issues:-The power kept cutting off every 20 minutes, and each outage lasted around 15 minutes. This continued throughout the night, leaving us without electricity for extended periods. Food Quality:-The food was below par. The porotta and curry seemed to be reheated leftovers, which was very disappointing. Room Service:-The room service was poor, and the staff were unresponsive at night. Additional Issues:- The Wi-Fi connection was inactive, the swimming pool was closed, and the water heater was not working. There was only one employee handling all services, who did not respond after 10:00 PM. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope the management will address these issues to improve the stay for future guests.

We have booked this property from AirBnB and trust me they are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Food was damn awesome and less spicy. We have really enjoyed the stay in this amazing resort. Rooms are cozy and have a great view of the lake. Will visit again.
