Wonderful experience while staying there. Excellent location and views. Place is calm and very close to nature Rooms are very neat & clean and maintained. Staffs (property manager as well as service crews) are very nice and kind. Food is also good and sufficient. Overall very satisfying and nice... 5+ stars...

Two outstanding aspects of this place, one nature and the other human stands out and invites you back. Nestled along a hillside away from the cacophony of the upcoming commercial hub of Kundaloor, sits this haven, it truly is. The magnificent scenery is breathtaking and changing colours with the day. The serenity is overwhelming and a calmness descends upon you . The second outstanding aspect is the manager, Mr Maria Jose , who studied Hospitality Management at University and has a few good places the sharpened his skill, under his belt such as Le Meridien in Cochin. Proficient in English and Malayalam as well as his native Tamoul, he is a star and very very helpful.

Calm location. Good ambience. Accessible. Could be maintained a bit more. Room service could be better. Soaps and brushes were not kept in few rooms. Tent house was too small. Food is ok-ok. Overall okay.

We stayed in Shola heaven, Kanthalor for two days during pongal holidays.The property is at an excellent location away from narrow lanes with ample car parking.Though we three male members stayed there all other rooms were occupied by family groups.They were enjoying with camp fire and all.During first day we had some minor issues with sanitary fittings the next day we were given a big room with spacious bathroom.Very nice hygienic and simple complementary breakfast is provided.They give,puttu,dosa,kdalai curry, chutney, sambar ,bread jam and omlette.The other day it was idly, chutney, sambar,puri masal bread,jam and omlette.Of course with coffee or tea .Non veg not available in the morning.Afternoon and dinner if pre ordered they give rice, chicken,fish, chapathi.The food was really good.The staff are very friendly.They give good room service.Intercom was not working but can contact them with Mobile.It would be unfair if I fail to mention about Mr Joseph,the property manager a very friendly person who keeps his words be it accomodation, food or transport arrangements.Thumps up to you Joseph.His assistant Gokul is also nice and friendly boy.If you are looking for comfortable safe stay with good food,then this place is a nice option.It may not be suitable for those who can't compromise anything for Posh environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The rooms were excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with great taste . The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. Overall, it was a great experience.
