Snowdia Resort is honestly a top-tier experience from start to finish. The moment you arrive, everything just workssmooth check-in, welcoming staff, and a vibe that immediately feels relaxing without trying too hard. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with clean rooms, cozy interiors, and views that dont get old no matter how long you stare at them. Its the kind of place where you actually unplug, sleep well, and wake up refreshed instead of stressed. Rare these days. What really sets Snowdia apart is the service. The staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely attentivenot fake-friendly, but the real deal. You can tell they care about doing things right, the way good hospitality used to be done. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone who just wants a peaceful escape with comfort and quality. Snowdia Resort delivers exactly what it promisesand then some. Already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.

The hotel is set in a beautiful natural and scenic environment, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere. This property located 8km from vagamon town .KPM tourist village is 2km from this property.The staff are very supportive and courteous, making the stay comfortable. The ambience is pleasant, and the swimming pool along with the surrounding areas are well maintained. The food quality is good, though the menu options are a bit limited. Overall, its a nice place to relax and unwind.

This was an excellent, and frankly, surprising stay for my family. We booked just one day before arriving, which didn't leave many options, and I admit I was quite confused after seeing numerous negative reviews online. When I asked the staff about it, they explained that the property was recently taken over by new management, renovated, and had just reopened a couple of days priorwhich completely explains the positive experience we had! It's located about 7 km from Vagamon town but is truly an excellent, budget-friendly option. They offer independent and two-bedroom cottages, and since there are only 8 rooms, each cottage feels very private. The interiors are nice, and the property features great greenery, a clean and spacious swimming pool, and even a water stream running through it. The staff were helpful, and Wi-Fi is available.

Our stay at Snowdia was truly wonderful. The hospitality was exceptionalwarm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every staff member made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The ambience, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway

I stayed here with my family for a night and the experience was very poor. The pool was dirty and couldnt be used. Staff simply blamed it on the rain, but the next day nothing was fixed. WiFi connection was weak and unreliable. Rooms were tiny, and there was no hot water available. Staff were not reachable their phones were switched off, and there was no proper reception or office to contact. They demanded full payment in cash in advance. Breakfast was half-cooked and not at all satisfactory. Nobody was available to solve any of the problems we raised. The management seems careless, and the place is not worth the money. Once they take the cash, they dont bother about the guests. Definitely not recommended
