Calm composed and relaxed space. I'd been there with friends (9pax) to unwind for couple of nights - Oct 2025. Afterall for us, it was about the people rather than the place. There are pros and cons from my pov: Pros: - Top notch facilities (Rooms, washrooms, pool, barbecue, spaces to relax and unwind) : at par with any 4 star hotels - Privacy: you can have the space all to yourselves which was the reason why we went for it - Amazing Caretaker Edmond Sabby (on cue to help out for each and everything, without ever being nosy. An amazing human!) - Accessibility (easy to reach and ample space to park for 3-4 cars) - Relaxed envt. within a cardamom plantation with easy spotting of Malabar squirrel & birds during the day - The property is in the foothills of munnar (pallivasal to be exact) and hence it isn't that cold. You could enjoy a dip in the pool without tingling your bones. Cons: - Not being harsh, but I'd say that the place lacks a bit of 'soul' which you'd expect from a vacation spot - Heavy road construction, horns and lights from traffic might irk you if you're trying to unwind by poolside (would be gone in few months or a year perhaps) - Leeches (expected within a plantation - not cribbing, but please note if you're not upto it) - There isn't a mesmerizing/ breathtaking view from any point in the vicinity of the main building - There's a 8 ball (pool) table, but some inconsiderate guests (previous) have sat on it: which has bent the table right at the middle. Can't enjoy a game hence. Overall, I'd recommend the place for a larger group of people to gather - rather than for a small group. Just my personal opinion (as, for a smaller group - heading up all the way to munnar / higher altitude guarantees colder weather, fog & an altogether different vibe)

This place is nestled in the heart of Munnar. This stunning rental home offers an unforgettable escape. It features a breathtaking infinity pool. It is definitely a true oasis of tranquility. The apartment had a complete glass house design, complete with three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached washroom. The expansive dining and TV hall creates a warm space for family gatherings and relaxation. But its the views from the bedroom windows that truly take your breath awaynatures canvas unfolding in all its glory. Our family cherished every moment of our stay, making memories that will last a lifetime.

We stay a couple of nights in stallion villa. It was a wonderful experience. We love the sound of birds, plus Mr Saby was a great host, definitely recommended. He served homemade South indian breakfast with fruits.

One of the most beautiful properties. You get a rain forest view and not a tea garden view though. But we also get the hills view if we try to see through the long trees. It's peaceful and well maintained. The kitchen has all the amenities and glass rooms are super clean and clear. There is a provision for Barbeque and bonfire on request and they were very kind to help us out with that. It was an excellent stay for a group of friends with all places very nearby. I would really thank the caretaker who was very nice and took care of us very well
We would be more than happy to help you. Our team is 24/7 at your service to help you.
