We had an amazing day package experience with our family at Brook Serene. The resort is beautiful, nature-friendly, and very peaceful. The natural surroundings and boating added a special charm and made the day refreshing and memorable. The food was nice and enjoyed by everyone. The kids absolutely loved the game zone and parkit kept them engaged and happy throughout the day. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway filled with fun, relaxation, and lovely memories. Highly recommended for families looking to spend quality time together in nature.

We had a wonderful experience at The Brook Serene during our team outing. The property is well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and the team went out of their way to help us create a customized plan that suited our budget. The boating experience was truly enjoyable, and the spacious outdoor areas were perfect for our team activities, making the trip even more memorable. The buffet dinner was good, though not every item stood out. On the other hand, the breakfast was absolutely delightful and was even offered complimentary, which we really appreciated. A special thanks to the staff, especially Albin, for their warm support and hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic outing, and we look forward to visiting again.

We both enjoyed the Brook Serene, the staff were all amazing and the service here is top notch. Fantastic English is spoken here and the food and beverages were delicious and tasty. Rooms are very clean well maintained and beautiful to be inside of. Manicures gardens and flowers everywhere make the grounds very pleasant to stroll around in. My only suggestion is to put a sound deadening wall in the indoor games room against the room that we stayed in so that the people enjoying the games can't disturb the people in that one room.

Our stay at the resort was really amazing! The ambience was beautiful and peaceful. We even went on a boat ride through the lake, which was such a lovely experience. The guide made the whole boating trip fun and memorable. It rained a little while we were there, adding to the charm. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a perfect getaway!
