We had a pleasant stay at Thrisangu Haven Resort in Kuttikanam. The resort is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, though we felt the cuisine selection could have been wider, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

The location and overall ambience of the property met our expectations. The room was decent and comfortable, and the food quality was good. However, the swimming pool is a serious concern. It is very poorly maintained, with broken tiles across the pool floor. This is extremely dangerous, and I personally had a close call with a potential injury. The risk of cuts or accidents is high, especially for families with children. Until the pool is properly repaired and maintained, it should not be used at all. Ignoring this issue could easily lead to serious injuries and reflects poorly on overall safety standards. In summary, while the stay and food were satisfactory, the unsafe condition of the swimming pool significantly affects the experience and needs immediate attention.

We stayed just for one night. Response from front desk and staff behavior ok. Out side view was amazing and having neat and clean swimming pool. We did not used any facilities and did not have food also. It's good place for family n friends. It's very decent location.

We (two adults and two kids) stayed at the resort for three nights, the location was amazing, and the staff behavior was very kind. swimming pool was very cleaned and well maintained. But the cot in the elegant collage is too small to even accommodate two adults and one kid. They are charging for extra bed for Rs.750/each. In such case we should have opted for two extra bed but we chose not to because that will spoil the room ambiance, so much discomfort could not sleep properly. I have travelled so many places with family. but never seen such a small bed.

Great Location. We stayed with family 15 people and 7 rooms. It was a calm and fun stay. Weather was too good and mostly surrounded by mist/fog. Deluxe rooms are clean and spacious but lookwise okay. Swimming pool is near and huge, enjoyable. Food is good and tasty. Restaurant service need to improve a lot.
