Our stay at Tower Sky Hill Resort was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was below average, and basic amenities were lacking. Service was slow and unresponsive, and the overall experience did not match expectations at all. Definitely not recommended.

This was the single most terrible resorting experience I have ever had in 13 years. The rooms were unclean, and I found a half-eaten brownie in a drawer. There were some cigar burns in some rooms. On top of all that, we were told to move rooms just as we got settled.The food service was the most inefficient, slow and horrid part of this whole fiasco. First of all, we ordered at about 5:30 pm, when we got there. We waited till 10:00 pm. And by the time food came, they skiped 2 rooms. They said they missed the orders. Terrible experience. Never go here.

A Terrible Experience Overpriced and Poorly Managed This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The management is incredibly rude and unfriendly, showing little to no regard for customer service. They even had the audacity to charge us for basic water bottles, which is ridiculous considering how expensive the stay already was. The lack of amenities was shocking. There was no Wi-Fi or television provided, something you'd expect even from budget accommodations these days. For the price they are charging, I would have expected at least the bare minimum, but they fell far short of that. To add to the frustration, the food was outrageously overpriced. They charged 400 for just 12 plain rotisno gravy, no sides, nothing. It's absurd to pay that much for something so basic. Overall, this place is a complete rip-off. The high cost of staying here does not match the quality or service provided. I would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly never be returning.

Extremely disappointed with the accommodation and services provided during our recent stay at your property. We had booked several rooms and were promised all on the second floor, but were given few rooms on the ground floor and 1 on the third floor, causing inconvenience. Key issues we faced: Room heaters not working False assurance given about heating. No Wi-Fi connection Misled about availability. Elevator turned off Made access difficult. No extra beds despite prior requests. Strict barbecue timings and no campfire area Not suitable for groups or families. We paid a high amount and received poor service with unfulfilled promises. I request a prompt response and compensation for this disappointing experience.

positive : 1. The balcony view is amazing. Negative: 1. No geyser facility in bathroom. 2. Rooms are not at all clean. 3. They do not provide complimentary breakfast on time. 4. They do not clean the dining table or plates even for two days. it remain as it is. 5. The road to property is all broken which makes it very hard for two wheelers to reach there. overall, what I can say is not up to the money value.
