I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very spacious and super comfortable, with a beautiful view into the greenery waking up here was a joy. The homestay is run by a lovely, warm family. The location is perfect if you prefer something quiet and close to nature. Its about a 40-minute bus ride to Munnar, but the real highlights are around, not in the city itself, so its perfect. Buses run frequently never waited more than 5 minutes. Theres also a good local place to eat right up on the main road. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Staying at View Valley Homestay was a very pleasant experience. The hosts were truly amazing - warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and exactly as shown in the listing photos. The host even offered their two-wheeler (with helmets) so we could pick up food from the nearby town. They happily arranged any small requests we had, always with a smile. It was also heartwarming to see their son and daughter helping their parents in every way possible. Pros - A small stream flows right next to the compound, creating a soothing sound. - Behind the property lies a dense garden/forest filled with the natural sounds of birds and insects. - Campfire facility available. - The host owns a car and a large tourist van; parking space for at least three guest vehicles is available inside the compound, with plenty of space outside as well. - Wi-Fi is provided, and the password is conveniently kept on a note inside the room. - Hot water available 24/7. - Towels and soap provided. - Air conditioning available. - A small garden inside the compound adds to the beauty. - Television provided. - Two chairs and a table available for dining inside the room. - Bathrooms are neat, clean, and spacious. - Extra bed, pillow, and bedsheet available at an additional cost. - Rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and air-conditioned. - Offers a wonderful view of the mountains behind the property. Cons - The location is outside Munnar city, on the way to Kerala. - The approach road is very narrow, steep, and sharply curved; crossing paths with a heavy vehicle can be risky. - Rooms are separated by thin walls, so noise from adjacent rooms can be disturbing. - A small animal (possibly a rat) made noise in the ceiling one night, which disturbed our sleep. - No food service is available on-site, and there are no decent eateries within 5 km. After dark, it can be difficult to get food. - On the second day, there was a small mix-up regarding our bookingthey initially thought we had reserved for only one night. However, this was quickly resolved after a short discussion. - Apart from a peaceful stay, there isnt much to see or do within a 15 km radius. Overall View Valley Homestay is ideal for those seeking a quiet, peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The hosts hospitality truly stands out and makes the stay memorable. However, guests should provide food and be prepared for a somewhat tricky approach road.

If you are planning to visit Munnar than you should stay at View Vally. "Great and friendly family, really nice breakfast, clean rooms, and a nice area." I have never seen this type of hospitality. We stay 2 days in view Vally and enjoyed a lot. Really recommended this property.
