We stayed at the De Falcon for 1 week from 13.12.25 in a Deluxe Double Room. on arrival we noticed the building works directly in front of the hotel reception (very close proximity) they didnt affect our stay apart from the messy entrance road/path making it hard to get our suitcases to the hotel. Check in was good, we were offered a cold drink as soon as we arrived & quickly shown to our room, the 1st room we were given was not good, it didnt smell very nice & didnt look too clean, the bed sheets were dirty and threadbare, we were quickly shown to another room which was a lot better, the room was basic & in need of a refurb but we took it. the TV didnt work so they quickly swapped it with a TV from another room, the WIFI was very hit & miss. the hot water was hit & miss, the overall water pressure was not very good, it only increased when a noisy pump kicked in every now and then. Breakfast was ok, they make an excellent milky coffee which we had every morning with our freshly cooked eggs and toast. We had an evening meal one day at the hotel, it took over an hour to arrive, but when it did it was the very good, tasty & excellent value for money. The Pool is small and in need of maintenance. The hotel is generally clean, but it needs a lot of maintenance to bring it up to the standards of other local hotels in the same price bracket, they did have a handyman on site who was doing the best he could but its a big job for one person. The one thing that made our stay good was the hotel staff, the reception & restaurant staff were all very helpful, a big shout out to Angam Shatsang in the Restaurant! We were the only international tourists at the hotel, most British tourists would give it a wide berth, but im glad we spent a week at this hotel (we did 8 hotels in our 8 week stay) as the staff made our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast spread offered a nice variety of options. I particularly appreciated the prompt room service and the helpful concierge who provided excellent local recommendations. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its combination of comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

The manger named Satish is awesome. This person is so helpfully that he literally arranged and guided us all the things. Satish difinitely deserve a raise . He is one of the best staff in the hotel. Also the kitchen staff and restaurant staff and also the serving staff is the best. We were able to enjoy the and manage everything our stay,food and everything because of Kitchen team & satish Thank you so much for making our trip easy and wonderful

One of the worst stays I have ever experienced. There was no proper water supply and frequent power cuts. Whenever the electricity went off, the water pump stopped working, leaving us without water. The geyser worked only once and then stopped giving hot water completely. Despite making multiple complaints, no proper action was taken. I even requested a room change twice, but the other room had the same issues. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. Wrappers and waste were hidden behind the sofa, which we noticed later. The doors make loud noises whenever they are closed, causing constant disturbance. On top of that, the generator runs only during restricted afternoon hours, so basic facilities cannot be used during power cuts. Overall, a horrible and highly disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at the De Falcon Goa Beach Resorts for a holiday trip and had a wonderful time. The best part has to be its locationit's incredibly close to Candolim Beach, just a short walk away, making beach trips effortless. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, providing a very comfortable base for exploring Goa. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected from the photos, it was still a nice spot to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and proximity to the main attractions!
